The actress began working on a set at first. Then, at 16, Ana became one of Belgrade University of Dramatic Arts' youngest film and theater students. Due to the war in Serbia the family of her parents decided to relocate for an easier life. At 17 the Stojanovic's moved in Cape Town South Africa where Alexander completed her degree in BA as well as Drama School, graduating from Cape Town's University of Cape Town. Alexander travelled extensively in her lifetime, and lived in countries like Germany England Italy Austria as well as Serbia South Africa Germany England. Alexander was also a model and appeared in lots of theater. When she moved to New York City in 2002 after being in numerous commercials and movies, she relocated to Los Angeles. She is fluent in Russian, Serbian and Afrikaans. She also speaks Polish Italian and German. Amyar will return home, and she's shocked to find that Sikandar wasn't her true father.
